This really struck me. In my own career transition, I’ve realized how easy it is to default to trying to figure everything out on my own. The reminder to shift from How to Who is exactly what I need right now. I know I need to get out of my comfort zone and be intentional about finding a few mentors and people who can help me grow. I especially appreciated this line: “There are countless brilliant and capable Whos out there waiting and wanting to help you. They need only to hear and understand your vision.” Thank you for the push to reach out and not go it alone.
